Sony recently launches its new line up cyber shot camera with model name DSC-WX800.

The Cyber-shot WX800 features an 18.2-megapixel Exmor R Cmos Sensor and is powered by an upgraded BIONZ X processor. With front-end LSI, the camera offers high-speed continuous shooting at up to 10fps at 155 buffer limit, Eye AF technology and a Fast Intelligent AF speed of just 0.09 seconds.


The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX800 offers a zoom range from 24mm at the wide end up to 720mm super-telephoto with the help of the Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T High Magnification Zoom lens.


It supports image stabilization with the help of optical Steady Shot, and is also equipped with a Zoom Assist function that allows users to zoom out temporarily and displays a wider area when shooting a subject at the telephoto end.


Additionally, the WX800 features Touch Focus and Touch Shutter allowing users to directly select their shooting subject. There’s a 7.5cm 180-degree tiltable LCD screen that offers easy framing of selfies and group shots. The inbuilt Bluetooth, NFC and WiFi for connectivity options allowing users to transfer images and share location data from a mobile device.


The camera also features location data acquisition via Bluetooth that can collect and record location data from a mobile device. Bluetooth support also allows transfers to smartphones or uploading to websites for quick sharing. The Bluetooth connectivity is compatible with Android devices supporting Bluetooth v4.0 or later and running Android 5.0 or later. It also works with iPhone 4S or later, and iPad 3rd generation or later. It can also shoot fast-moving subjects with high-frame rate HD recording at up to 100fps to produce slow-motion sequences during editing.


The camera offers a 24-720mm high magnification zoom, the latest BIONZ X image processor and 4K video recording.
